"Comfortable room, but very unhelpful staff"

Comfortable spacious room, very clean

Lack of information from staff. They do not reply to booking.com messages, in case you get lost or need help. They say they have a free airport shuttle, but they don't say it must be booked in advance. I couldn't use the service because of that. The morning of my flight, a receptionist directed me to the wrong bus stop, which resulted in me taking the correct bus in the wrong direction - I was almost late to my flight. The whole experience with them was super stressful for me. Another dislike: the windows in the room are permanently blacked out with external shutters - no chance to get fresh air or see daylight.
