The check-in process was incredibly smooth and efficiently handled. We were given all the necessary information and even received excellent recommendations on places to visit and things to do in the city, which made us feel very welcome. A special shout-out to Mr. Igor at the reception—he was outstanding and easily the best receptionist we've encountered so far. The room was exceptional: spacious, comfortable, and impeccably maintained.

The only area for improvement would be the breakfast. At 20 CHF per person, we expected a wider selection, but the menu was quite limited.

"Would still return again"

I am a returning customer, experience was within expected parameters.

The room was not as clean as usually. Coffee spots from espresso machine on the wall (we didnt use it) Pillow cover had some stains. Only 2 medium sized towels were provided. No hand or face towels. (I know we could had asked for more)

"Ottimo riferimento per aeroporto o Palexpo"

Posizione molto vicina al Palexpo. Sotto l'albergo vi è un ampio parcheggio raggiungibile in ascensore. Colazione ottima e abbondante.
