I genuinely can not say what I like about this hotel

I am extremely disappointed with my experience and will never stay at this hotel again. I booked a deluxe room through Booking.com at a discounted rate. Upon arrival, I was abruptly informed by reception and management that the room was “under maintenance” — with absolutely no prior notice. I was only told this at the point of check-in, which is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional. It was very clear that the issue was not maintenance, but rather that management was unhappy with the discounted rate I secured. Instead of honouring the booking, they chose to mislead me in an attempt to force a rebooking at a higher price. This is dishonest and completely unethical. I had planned to stay for four nights but was effectively forced to stay only one night due to the situation and lack of alternatives at the time. To make matters worse, the staff were extremely rude and visibly hostile, especially when I stood my ground. Their attitude was unwelcoming, unprofessional, and disrespectful throughout. Additionally, the room itself was unacceptable, with a noticeable presence of bugs, raising serious concerns about hygiene and overall standards. This experience was nothing short of appalling. I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel.
