Please note that guest rooms on the upper floor are only accessible by stairs. There is no elevator on the property. Once guests have checked in, the reservation becomes nonrefundable and guests are responsible for paying the full amount of the reservation. All communication, including cancelations, must be made through Booking.com. Please note that early check-in and late check-out will result in additional fees. Please get in touch with the property for details. Guests under 21 are only allowed to check in with a parent or official guardian. The front desk has limited hours, please contact the property for details. Property is not responsible for power outages, WIFI, and cable outages. WIFI is complementary. Foreign traveler must provide their passport as proof of ID. Property will not accept another form of ID. Property will not accept paper ID and photocopy ID. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Property has a strict no visitors policy. All guests must be registered during check-in (based on allowable occupancy rules) and provide valid identification. Photocopies, student IDs, or work IDs will not be accepted. A damage deposit of $100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment, and you will be reimbursed at check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. 1) Please be advised that a valid credit card is required for all transactions, and the cardholder must be present at the time of payment. Additionally, it is imperative to utilize a card with the cardholder’s name clearly displayed, as we are unable to accept cards that do not include a name. 2) Parking is limited to one space per room. If you have an additional vehicle, parking fees will apply at the time of check-in. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate commercial vehicles or trailers. A physical card is required for payment at check-in, as contactless payments are not accepted.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
