The rooms were good , it was neat and clean and the complimentary breakfast was really good , it would have been better if the dinner was there in the hotel itself

The location , the hotels and shops are far and not in walkable distance

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent

The room was freezing cold. Nothing dried (towels etc). There was a smell of damp and the duvet had mould on it. The duvet cover also had stains. The room looked out on to a concrete wall so there was no view or natural light.

The room was clean and the complimentary breakfast on both days was homely food cooked to perfect taste and it was a good start to the day.. Anand sir was very welcoming and helpful...He made the whole stay very comfortable..
