"Very good"

Excellent location, close to the lake. The room is big and spacious, and the design is quite user-friendly.

The central heating is available after 7 pm which is too late during winter. It is quite annoying and not easy to set the room temperature to the desired level.

"性價比不高的高级酒店"

硬件不錯，但軟件有待改善。早上出房间在走廊接連遇到2-3 位服务员向我们行近，所有人都设没有對我们打招呼或微笑點頭。基本上是當顧客透明了，直行直过。早餐食物質素也是一般，没有所謂5 星级酒店的水準。住过一次相信不会再入住了。新區Sheraton 服务高了一個水平。還要便宜一点。
