Capital Hotel Annapolis

Updated, tasteful decor, clean and many comforts of home. The person managing the reservation was super nice and helpful

A little noisy if you’re a light sleeper you may want to bring earplugs. The restaurant downstairs shuts down early enough but there is plenty of activity on the street during the night.

The room was too hot. It would be nice if there were fans in it.

it’s above a really noisy bar so struggled to sleep both nights we were there

This is not really a hotel. It is a glorified Air BNB. The room was really large and nicely decorated. The bathroom was really great. It was incredibly clean.

The mattresses were really soft —too soft. There was no “staff” at this hotel. You had to text with problems. To be fair I never texted. Also, only 1 sheet on the bed and a comforter. They could use a fitted sheet rather than just a flat sheet.

There was no indication that they did not have elevator when selected hotel. I have cardiac condition and was given 3rd floor room, Very difficult without elevator.
