we departed early in the morning before 6 and there was not possibility to make breakfast

The rooms were good, breakfast was above the rest. We’ve stayed in different hotels across 6 countries within the past 2 months and the breakfast here was the best by far.

Avoid this hotel – unsafe, intimidating, and unprofessional I regret ever booking this hotel in Tunisia. From the very first days, I felt uncomfortable and unsafe. When I requested an extra room key because my husband and I had different events to attend, the receptionist demanded to know exactly where I was going, what time, and for how long. When I refused to share my personal movements, she became agitated, told me to come back the next day, and only after an argument handed me the key something that should have taken 3 minutes. It quickly became clear that guests are constantly watched. Staff monitor cameras, track when you leave and return, and even knocked on my door to question why my mother had come up to rest after shopping. Throughout my one-week prepaid stay, I felt spied on, harassed, and unsafe. The worst incident came after my brother’s wedding, when my mother (unwell and unable to travel an hour to her hotel at 1am) stayed briefly in my family room which sleeps six people. Four staff members harassed me for two days, demanding $100 for her four-hour stay. When I asked to see their policy, no one could provide it. Instead, I was screamed at, bullied, and intimidated until I finally paid and even then, they tried to push me into paying cash. I refused because I wanted an electronic record of what was clearly exploitation. I was traveling with three young children (ages 5, 4, and 4), and I have never felt so intimidated, unsafe, and unwelcome in any hotel anywhere in the world and I’ve stayed in hundreds across many countries. To be clear: the rooms are comfortable, and the food is good, but none of that outweighs the harassment, intimidation, and complete lack of professionalism from the staff. I strongly advise women, especially those traveling with children, to avoid this hotel. Your safety and peace of mind are worth far more than a decent room and a meal.

Llegábamos en un vuelo ya de madrugada y estaban esperando para hacer el checking, además nos aconsejaron que los taxis los solicitáramos a través de una aplicación con la que podíamos incluso negociar el precio y así salía barato. Nos sorprendió para bien la habitación, muy grande y con sala y cocina por un lado y luego el dormitorio con el baño. Elegimos el hotel por la cercanía con el aeropuerto y fué un gran acierto. El desayuno sencillo pero bueno y la atención muy buena en todo momento. La cama muy cómoda.

Propreté irréprochable, personnel très aimable, très belles prestations. Bon petit déjeuner. La literie est très confortable. Famille 2 adultes avec 2 enfants, nous avons beaucoup apprécié la qualité de service et de confort.
