Space is nice and cute, even with a little laundry under the sink ( which was helpful since we traveled for a long time)

The location is very good, in a quiet area and well situated for getting around Seville.

The overall experience was not positive due to strong smells and poor cleanliness. There was a very strong odor of damp and sewage in the building entrance, likely caused by the small pool in the middle, along with a strong bleach smell. Inside the apartment, there was also a musty smell, as if it had been closed for a long time. In the lower area where the bed is located, the smell became even worse, and the downstairs bathroom was almost unusable due to the intense damp and drain odor. The cleaning was not up to standard, as we found hairs and dust on the floor. Additionally, the washing machine rubber seal was completely black with mold, which is very unhygienic.

La ubicación es muy buena.

Falta limpieza a fondo, una entrada al alojamiento no puede tener una piscina sucia, eso ya te mala presencia. Las camas son pequeñas y bastante incómodas. Las totallas no las cambian en toda la estancia, aunque les pedimos por favor que nos las cambiaran al llevar un bebé. Hemos estado en otros alojamientos de este tipo y la limpieza de la habitación y cambio de toallas era diario, me parece imprescindible.

Very well designed and renovated period property.

The foundation in the atrium wasn’t running. This resulted in a stangnate air smell at times

Super Service, das Personal hat uns beim Check-In sowie bei der Vorabreservierung eines Parkplatzes sehr geholfen. Die Unterkunft liegt super und war sehr sauber.

Trotz Smart-TV kein Streaming wie Netflix möglich, ansonsten alles super.

Noisy, you can hear neighbors . A better soundproof would make it perfect
