They fact that I was advised the room had been cancelled. This appears not to have been the case, but I had to rebook at a higher price. Booking.com have been made aware of this.

"Awful staff, bad attitude"

The staff. Upon arrival, the staff members were all grinning and laughing between themselves and made us feel extremely uncomfortable. They then took about 20 minutes to check us in. I went downstairs and asked if we could extend one more night and the guy said yes. We then had a phone call at 10:10am saying that we had to checkout, I explained to the lady that the guy confirmed we could extend and she just said “no it is fully booked” and took no responsibility for their error. So we had to quickly pack up and then find another hotel. Absolutely do not recommend if you are wanting good customer service.
