Very spacious studio in the center of Lecce, spotlessly clean and well equipped. It’s on the ground floor with only few windows, but still well lighted.

The courtyard with little charm, but still gives you even more room.

The location of the apartment is very good, it is in the old town and in walking distance from everything. The apartment was recently refurbished on a high standard and has spacious rooms and comfy furniture. It is on the ground floor, the door opens from the street and you enter straight into the living room. The bedroom has thick walls, and it was quiet despite the evening parties on the street. The bed was comfortable as well.

The apartment is located in a quiet side street, facing to a church wall and surranded by empty houses waiting for renovation. The young people of Lecce using this street to having street parties at night. We spent a Friday and Saturday night in the apartment, and both nights had parties with loud music and drunk Italians screaming on your doorstep until early in the morning. The apartment has very little natural light, as it doesn't have windows. Luana, who was hired to deal with he check-in, doesn't speak any English. Her written communication was misleading and she wasn't very flexible. She used Google translate to organise the check in, but when we met in person she was just talking to you Italian while you kept repeating that you don't understand what she is saying. It would have been much more pleasent to use the locker which already displayed by the door and have a self-checkin. Please note, that you can park outside the old town (6 euro per day), which is about 10 minutes walk from the apartment.

Fantastic spaces. Generous, comfortable, more than expected. Great host, perfect location near everything and restaurants , but not in the main crowded tourist area.

No dislikes

I’ve been to plenty of apartments in lecce and this beats them all. Perfect location - host - spaces and cleanliness. Everything we needed was there, and super brand new and modern.
