The location was perfect five minutes walk to bus stop and taxi rank . Swimming was fantastic in the facility very close by . Our host was fantastic .we arrived late and our host still met us with a smile and a very warm greeting to give us the keys .

The apartment is well equipped an the ocean view is sensational. You can enjoy your coffee with the sunrise and the ocean breeze from the balcony, as there is a Dolce Gusto espresso machine in the apartment.

Parking almost never available. At check in the owner gives you a card for acces in the two parking areas. If you have a rental car and you are actively visiting the island, and return to Apartamento do Mar in the evening, there's a very small chance you'll find a spot to leave the car overnight, and you'll struggle to find any free parking spots in the area. Parking was an important criterion for which we booked this accomodation, but did not expect to barely benefit it. We were only lucky to find a parking spot just for 1 night out of 8 we stayed.

Good location with sea view balcony. Hosts were exceptional and very helpful throughout our stay.

Parking is a big issue there if you have a car rental. There is paid parking down the road but unfortunately we found out the hard way that the car park closes at midnight and does not open until 8am. An inconvenience if planning on getting up early.

The location is amazing. It is a nice, comfy apartment with a lot of features, such iron and a hair dryer among other things. Hugo was a very helpful and kind host, he was there to provide assistance with everything and we thankful for that

Perfect location, View, easy access to shops and restaurants

Facilities are well-used and outdated, very low water pressure, no English instructions on how to use the washing machine and probably it was faulty, Only one key was supplied and no information on how to gain access if you get locked out.
