Lotus Park Hotel

The location is close to the main attractions of the city and there's also a shopping mall to run errands for the stay. The beds are comfortable and especially the hotel staff was really helpful and welcoming. Would stay here again, when I come to Bursa

Sono stata due giorni al Lotus Park Hotel ed è stato tutto perfetto. Quando sono arrivata ho avuto problemi a trovare la strada per arrivare con la macchina e l'addetto della reception, quando ho raggiunto l'albergo a piedi, mi ha riaccompagnata alla mia macchina e guidata fino al posteggio. È stato tutto fantastico, la gentilezza e professionalità del personale, la centralità dell'albergo, la colazione, servita in un salone all'ultimo piano con vista sulla città, la perfezione della pulizia e delle stanze, la quiete e il silenzio. SE torno a Bursa tornerò senz'altro qui! Ringrazio ancora il responsabile della reception che mi ha assistita in tutto e che merita davvero una lezione speciale! Peccato che non riesca a ricordarmi il nome, sappi che hai tutta la mia gratitudine!

El hotel es de excelencia. Los empleados del hotel, y el desayuno junto con la limpieza diaria de la habitacion.Ademas Bursa es una ciudad amable.

Kahvaltı yaptığım en kötü kahvaltıydı yumurtalar ya pişmekten morarmış ya da içi vıcık vıcık çiğ ekmekler desen taş gibi çay 1 haftalık gibi ama kahvaltını aksine konumu ve çalışanları çok pozitif

An hotel choosen because of its location in heart of old quaters, which are not of great interest. The front desk employees were very attentionate and helpful. The room itself was good enough for one night, and aircon worked perfectly. Besides some scares in the resin (bathroom) due to strong smokers were noticeable. the breakfast was poor and uninteresting

Konum olarak harika bir yerde , otopark olarak anlaşmalı oldukları otopark a yönlendirme yapıyorlar ve 24 saat için ekstra 200 TL ödeme yapıyorsunuz. Gece belli bir saatten sonra dışarıdaki çalışmalar kulak hassas ise sesler rahatsız edebiliyor. Bunun dışında yürüyerek bir çok yeri gezme fırsatı yakaladık.

Klima su damlatıyordu, perde cama göre fazla küçüktü bu yüzden kapatsanız bile içerisi gözükebiliyordu, odanın kapısı bozuktu ama merkezi bir yerde olması ve temizliğinin iyi olması nedeniyle 1 gece kalınmaktan çekinilmeyecek bir oteldi

Very bad wifi breakfast is poor other items are very nice

First of all, big thanks to the staff, friendly and very helpfull. The area of the hotel is also very nice (but keep in mind if you don't like a crowded area.. ). Main point for review is the state of the accomodation(bathroom and furnitere). Douch cabin door is broken, general condition is bad. Advice to the management, please invest in your hotel ! As I can see you left this situation for a very long time but it gives a bad experience for your customers.
