Lotus Park Hotel

It was an excellent stay at the hotel. Nice and clean building, room, and washroom. Reception is open 24 hours, and the staff is very kind and respectful. The location is really ideal for tourists, it was just a few minutes walk or by taxi to many touristic places such as Usmangazi Tomb, Ulu Mosque, Grand Bazaar, Green Tomb, mosque, and museum, and Uluda Mountain. There are many good restaurants near the hotel and in the grand bazaar, two small shopping malls with food courts, and Starbucks. Based on a review by another guest, I was not expecting a good breakfast, but I found the review incorrect, the hotel served really a splendid Turkish breakfast which would have been very expensive if we had chosen to take it at a cafe or restaurant. Probably the guest went to the hall when it was the end-time of the service (7:30 am to 10:30 am), otherwise, it was an unjustified complaint. I had an internet connection problem with WiFi which the reception staff solved promptly. I would certainly stay in Lotus Park Hotel again when I visit Bursa again. Thank you Lotus Park Hotel for making it a comfortable and enjoyable stay for us.

Reception staff were pleasant and helpful. However rooms do not get cleaned everyday. Breakfast was the worst experience in any hotel I have ever stayed in. 1 boiled egg in the warmer some pieces of bread. I decided to just settle for a cup of coffee with milk. When I requested for a little fresh milk for the coffee I was told I needed to buy it. That was it, I stood up and never returned to the dining room through out my 4 day stay. My booking included breakfast.

I've stayed at probably 20 different hotels in Turkey and have never had a negative experience until this one. Started from check-in; the reception staff was very cold and unwelcoming. Then we got to our room and found that there were crumbs, hair, and an opened water bottle on the table. It also looked like the floor wasn't properly vacuumed. We told reception about the desk being not clean, and they told us that they would handle it. But when we returned to our room at night, the mess was still there. That same night, the water cut off completely. We didn't mind so much at the time as it was late at night and water cuts are relatively common in Turkey. However it was still cut the next morning and didn't come back until 10pm. So it was almost 24 hours without running water. The hotel gave us one 1.5 litre bottle, and when we asked for two more in order to wash ourselves, they said they only had three bottles left in the whole hotel... Lastly, the breakfast was almost inedible and the range on offer was very minimal. Turkish hotels have a really great reputation of cleanliness and hospitality; this one doesn't live up to this reputation. Try another option if you're heading to Bursa.

The room was freezing because the Heating system was NOT Working with outside temperature is 2° in December and there was NO Slippers and Minibar.

I highly recommend it the area is nice many shops and one big mall and many restaurants but don’t go out at late night as it is in downtown as many cities though it’s generally safe. I will stay again if i ever visit Bursa thank you Expedia

It was amazing, when I arrived the staff showed great excitement and smiles plus full of information of what to do in their city. The checking in was seamless, the room was fantastic with a Mountain View. There was a little noise from a neighbouring room late one night that the hotel staff felt with instantly. Amazing breakfast with some variations during my 3 night stay. I hope to return at some point as the city has so much to offer and this hotel is in a perfect position to explore from
