The rooms have been updated and were very clean! Having the lake and the pool a few steps away was awesome! I grew up going there with my family and I couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to Hot Springs.

What a fantastic motel! Absolutely stunning views of the lake from our room and my husband could fish right from our back door! Staff was lovely and the grounds were beautiful and so clean! Close to everything! Would definitely stay here again!

Location! Location! Location! Right on the water. Great view from room. We stayed in room 16 with our pup. This was the cleanest dog friendly room I have ever stayed in. Cleaner than non-dog friendly rooms!! Attention to detail. Cold air. Modern lighting and ceiling fan with remote. Free WiFi, Roku, and Direct TV. Everything we needed for the kitchen. Plenty of clean newer towels. Super comfortable beds and pillows. Nice size closet with luggage rack. Broom and dustpan if needed. Grounds were immaculate. Plenty of outside trash cans that are never overflowing and consistently emptied. Centrally located large ice machine with plenty of ice. Vending machines and laundry on site too. Clean picnic table and chairs right outside our door. Most engaging and accommodating staff we have experienced. They respond to inquiries immediately. ( Asked for iron/ironing board and grill since our room did not have a fixed grill.) Before I could turn around, someone was at the door with our request…and asking if we needed anything else. Can’t say enough about the relaxed and down to earth atmosphere. A great place to kick back and enjoy the lake, patio, or view from your room. Feel free to fish or swim right off your room or go enjoy the pool. Also close to Cental Avenue, restaurants, and stores. Will definitely be back! Loved parking right in front of our door in our assigned spot too! Can’t say enough about this retro feel resort. If you are looking for a place to relax and escape the city, this is it!!!

This place was so impressive!! We pulled into the lot, and families were enjoying a magnificent pool area that had perfect views of Lake Hamilton. The views didn't stop there. Upon entering our unit, the glass sliding door provided a stunning view with Lake Hamilton only a few feet away. The room was super clean and smelled heavenly! Can't wait for a longer stay at this property!
