The hotel is located within 5 minutes drive to the Terminal 2. The shuttle bus transfer is offered by the hotel. If you need to get to the Terminal 1, the shuttle bus will bring you there. The drive is about 25 minutes. The stuff was friendly , the check-in was easy, the room was clean. I stayed with my 2 -year old, we liked it.

It was clean, new, bright, fresh crisp linen and a comfy bed. Helpful staff, everything worked well.

Ok, so it's not IN T2. It's a 5 - 10 min shuttle bus away, and the buses are every half hour. Still, practical and convenient

The staff look genuinely happy and are keen to help! The went out of their way to double check things and make things more comfortable for us. Food was good too! I would totally stay here again.

This is about Booking.com. We booked 2 adults and 1 child and with breakfast option, and apparently we needed to pay for the child's breakfast out of our pocket. They said that this was booking.com's system issue. They did offer something else to make us feel welcomed but this system issue is a bit of an odd one.

Location is terrible. They tell you uber cannot locate them & suggest calling you a cab so you pay 17k for the same ride from the airport that costs 5600 won with uber. There was no shuttle available upon arrival and stops running in the middle of the day after noon - no shuttles until 18:00. Kids are allowed to play on machines in the gym while adults are trying to workout. Unruly guests are left to be loud and yell at other guests. Buffet is $38USD and NOT worth it and the only other choice is a convenience mart. There are other options near the hotel.
