위치는 정말 좋습니다. 편안하게 쉬고 다음날 비행기 타기에 좋습니다. 비행기 소음 같은게 좀 있긴 한데, 그렇게 심하게 거슬릴 정도는 아닙니다. 셔틀버스도 자주 운행해서 공항가기에 편리합니다.

처음에 방을 지정받았는데, 그 방에 가보니 이미 다른 투숙객이 있더군요. 이 정도 호텔에서 어떻게 이런 실수를 했는지 모르겠습니다. 이거 때문에 무료 사우나 권을 받긴 했는데 (객실 업그레이드도 되었습니다만, 이 사건이 있기 전 이미 업그레이드가 되어 있긴 했습니다), 저희나 그 숙소에 묵고 있던 분들이나 당황스럽기 그지없지요. 이런 문제를 대처하는 직원 태도가 별로 마음에 들지 않았습니다. 이 정도 실수는 너무 큰 실수 아니냐는 지적에 그제서야 사과를 하시더군요. 좋은게 좋다고 큰 문제 만들고 싶지는 않았는데, 다시 돌아가고 싶지 않을 만큼 기분 좋지는 않았습니다.

房間寬敞，用餐區跟書桌是分開的，也有沙發可以休憩，大片落地窗可以看到飛機起降，飯店到航廈的接駁車班次多，很方便。

The hotel is very close to the international airport (especially T2) so is perfect for your first night/s in South Korea. This is an excellent hotel with really comfortable beds, nice rooms and helpful staff. I can’t include photos of our room as they all have my child in them but the rooms are true to the picture and very nice). It’s immaculately clean and there are considerate facilities such as a laundry, 24 hour convenience store inside the hotel selling everything from beer to nail clippers, Lego vending machines in the lobby, vanity kits that include a hair band (I’ve never seen this elsewhere but seems an obvious inclusion!) it’s so close to the airport we could see the planes from our window (they have a free ear plug dispenser at reception if you’re bother by plane noise, though I couldn’t hear them and found our room very quiet). There is a robot in the lobby to assist guests with delivering drinks to the rooms etc. as an extra staff member. There’s a spa and fitness centre that we didn’t have time to use. Check out time is noon which felt generous and leisurely after our flight and there is a free airport shuttle (hourly). We would definitely stay here again when arriving in Seoul and recommend it as a great choice of transit hotels.

The breakfast buffet was very expensive and if you book the breakfast-included package online that only covers breakfast for one person, not your group. The vegetables served at breakfast were cooked from frozen. However, it was otherwise an excellent breakfast with cooked to order noodle soup and loads of optional condiments the standout. There is also no pool at the hotel (for some reason I thought there was). There is tea and coffee in the room but no milk or sugar (I believe coffee is traditionally drunk black in SK). And finally it would be great if the shuttle ran half hourly or lined up with flights.
