This location is very close to the airport (around 15mins) so was very handy for me! The welcome drink was a lovely touch and the staff was super friendly and accommodating. My complimentary fruit basket was also very welcomed albeit was brought to my room after I checked in :-) I would stay again.

Couldn't line up my massage through the hotel as it was a different phone number and I couldn't get through to book it in advance.

I like how friendly the staff members are. It is quite refreshing to come into a hotel and feel immediately at home. I'm very happy with the service I received especially from Meron (Manager), Dagmawit and Juliana at the reception and Atnaftu at the entrance. I could have named tens more just because Haile is the cradle of great service!

The rooms on the side of the road can be a bit noisy because of the cars but that is tricky for the hotel to fix/manage.
