Great staff clean bedroom mattress seen better days but still ok. Great overall but the staff made it a memorable stay

Thoroughly enjoyed our short one night stay. Extremely clean and comfy room and fabulously well looked after by Vicky, at check-in, and then Poppy for both evening drinks and then breakfast next morning. Thank you both. Look forward to a longer stay next time! Helen and Ian

We had a lovely stay. Only criticism was that the bed squeaked something awful. With every movement, it squeaked. Kept us awake, which was a shame because it was a lovely place.

Staff at hotel are brilliant had lovely meal and pet friendly even a doggy menu hotel was spotless

Really clean and cosy (meaning warm not small) great family room, decent shower (just a bracket missing there). Good service great food lovely location, will look to visit again. Pricing for the hound could have been clearer, website said £15, charged £25, but like the shampoo she's worth it.

It's a hidden gem! Wonderful room with a 4 poster bed and comfy sofa, large shower and bathroom and a coffee machine. Breakfast was self service and tasty with a large choice of food and drink. I will definitely go back 😃
