Absolutely nothing

They said pets were okay on booking.com then when o arrived made a huge drama about the dogs and ended up charging me 40 euro for 2 dogs ridiculous also it was extremely noisy with Arabic people taking and yelling and stamping around all night. Awful experience

Location. Very convenient for cyclists. Easy access by bus to inner city. Comfortable beds. Quiet. A kitchen for self catering.

Place had seen better days. Felt neglected. Not clean. Would have cleaned the kitchen ourselves if there had been cleaning products available. Too expensive for what was offered.

Terrible Experience - Avoid at All Costs My recent stay at Pension Waldau Hostel was nothing short of a nightmare. The place is dirty, the kitchen is unhealthy, and the bathrooms are unbearably smelly. To make matters worse, the staff displayed racist behavior and had the audacity to ask for extra money despite my booking being fully paid through Booking.com. The overall hygiene was atrocious. The kitchen was filthy, with unwashed dishes and a pervasive smell of rotten food. It was impossible to prepare or even store food safely. The bathrooms were equally disgusting, with foul odors and visible dirt everywhere. The staff's behavior was the most distressing part of my stay. They were rude, unwelcoming, and exhibited clear racist attitudes. Despite having paid in full via Booking.com, they demanded additional money for no valid reason, making my experience even more unpleasant. I would strongly advise against staying at Pension Waldadu Hostel. There are far better options available where you'll be treated with respect and can enjoy a clean, comfortable stay.

Turned up at very short booking/notice...no issues. LARGE room, everything needed for an overnight stay. Shared clean kitchen area, bath shower toilets all OK. Bargain for price.
