I had to wait for my room to get ready (even tho I arrived right on the check-in time)

Excelente lugar para hospedarse, es tranquilo, el anfitrion muy amable y pendiente , flexible con el check out , sin lugar a dudas volveria a hospedarme en este lugar.

Very helpful staff, communication seconds after booking, to inquire of arrival for check in. The place is very central in ciudad colonial near el conde. WiFi is strong, there is a mini fridge in the room and hangers, quiet stay.

I wasn’t not able to make the hot water to work, and , it was too early to ask the staff.

The interior of the lobby looks great and of nice history to the building.

The room had no window. Cold water supply in the shsred bathroom only.

Location is amazing, especially given the price. Nice host. Fridge in room.

It is a basic room. The AC had some issues, but host got me another (and better) room free of charge. Host didn't speak English.

Me encantó el hostal, muy lindo y coherente con la experiencia quye buscaba. Tranquilo, con buen WI-FI. Está muy bien ubicado, pude recorrer a pié la cuidad colonial, está cerca de muchos restoranes y cafes muy agradables. La atención fue increible y personalizada. Me contactaron para saber mi hoar de llegada, siempre muy atentos a mi itinerario. Fueron flexibles con el check-out y se ofrecieron a guardar mi equipaje mientras yo recorrí la cuidad. Mi habitación tenia un ruido de palomas que me despertó bastante temrpano.

Es tranquilo,el señor Johnny es muy amable y brinda su confianza,el lugar es cómodo para llegar a descansar.

Mejorar, el estado de las toallas.

La habitación estaba muy limpia y buen aspecto
