Fácil localização e a Iris foi sempre muito atenciosa. Espaços muito limpos e bem cuidados. Cama de casal muito grande e confortável.

Só sobre o ar condicionado do quarto com beliche que era um pouco antigo e talvez precise trocar o filtro.

Atendimento da anfitriã é bom.

Não há manutenção nos quartos, luz do banheiro queimando, luz do quarto algumas nao funcionam, ar condicionado abre a tampa com as mãos mas depois fecha sozinha. Localização bem distante do centro e a praia próxima de Jabaquara bem suja, mal cuidada e imprópria para banho. Resumindo pousada parece mais uma casa que moram e alugam... nao tem estrutura de pousada apesar de cobrar igual.
