Kwangsu Hotel Haeundae

Very nice and convenient location to Haeundae beach. Nice staff, spoke English as well so foreign friendly

The hotel itself is beautiful and provides nice touches. I was upgraded to a sea view without asking. Nice. A small thing, but it is the hospitality industry, the staff just didn't feel hospitable. Still, I would stay there again. It's a great value and a beautiful hotel.

The staff, condition of the rooms, the proximity to public transport, and the area around it are fantastic. The staff were helpful whenever small issues arose, and the room was well maintained while I stayed there. This hotel deserves all the praise it can get.

I booked this hotel last minute and they had the paperwork and room ready for us upon arrival. Check in was easy. I loved the location of this hotel! The staff was friendly and kind. The view from our room was amazing.

The bathroom had a stinky odor, which I also smelled around the city so it’s probably part of the city layout. Our room keys would only work for one entry, and then we’d have to go to the office to get a new key, which was frustrating. At one point I went back and forth from the desk 4 times before someone finally came up with me and unlocked my room with the master key.

해운대와 접근성 좋음, 시설 깨끗, 조망도 괜찮은 편, 주차도 가능하지만 입고 후 퇴실까지는 출차 안됨

Was sooo loud during our stay. Housekeeping lady did an excellent job everyday cleaning our room But construction early in the morning!!! Cant sleep in. Location is convenient , walking distance to 101 bay yacht . Seven eleven , CU very right next to the building. Front desk lady is professional. Complaint about the smell from the toilet around 11pm ish… kinda like a sewage smell… Loud construction sound starts around 7 in the morning ::(((
