FAA Belas Artes by An Island Apart

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement. Il est idéalement situé en plein centre-ville, à proximité de la cathédrale ainsi que de nombreux restaurants et lieux d’intérêt, ce qui permet de tout faire à pied. L’appartement était très propre, bien entretenu et parfaitement équipé, ce qui l’a rendu très confortable pour notre séjour, y compris avec un bébé. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié l’attention de l’agence, qui a pris la peine de nous appeler à notre arrivée pour s’assurer que tout se passait bien. Un service très appréciable. Nous recommandons sans hésitation !

Depuis notre appartement, le vis-à-vis était assez important, car il donnait sur une cour intérieure, ce qui limite l’intimité. En raison du fort taux d'humidité, un système de ventilation ou d’aération plus performant dans la salle de bain pourrait être un plus.

The location is good, but everything else was unacceptable. We arrived late to find no sheets for the sofa and not enough towels for four guests. The host told us to search other rooms ourselves, which led to us accidentally entering an occupied apartment—completely inappropriate. We were promised a refund for the first night and that everything would be fixed the next morning. However, the next day only towels and pillowcases were delivered—still no sheets. Our messages were ignored, and for a second night in a row, three people had to share a bed while one had to sleep on an uncovered sofa. This is a serious hygiene issue and completely unacceptable. Only on the third day, after repeated complaints, were the sheets finally provided. Despite the identical situation, they refused to compensate us for the second night.This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. Basic hygiene standards, such as clean sheets, are the minimum requirement when booking accommodation. We should not have had to deal with this. We also found a cockroach in the bathroom on arrival which added to the overall negative experience. This is by far one of the most unprofessional hosting experiences we’ve ever had. Basic standards were not met, communication was poor, and responsibility was avoided. DO NOT STAY HERE !
