1000 RMB collected & card swiped, but never explained what the money for , explicitly and clearly! And on check out, the staff also never explained clearly about the 1000 RMB, and just said the amount of RMB 753 charged and printed out the transaction script! Very bad communication & resulted all the misunderstanding payment process!

Very helpful staff and service even at midnight. The location is also good for those visitors who need to get to the parks.

The smell upon entering the room is not so pleasant.

Great staff. Rooms are modern and clean. Buffet breakfast very good. McDonalds on the ground floor - great for Strawberry Sundaes. Close to restaurants, malls, spas, and more.

"Don't let the surroundings disappoint you. Just walk a little"

Friendly staff overall. Facilities and room nice and clean. Free use of laundry was a nice bonus. Location was OK with food about a 10 minute work away. If all else fails there is a McDonald's downstairs. Shunfeng Park is about a 20 to 30min walk away and is a huge and beautiful place to explore.

Mosquitoes. Being close to the river there were plenty. The hotel was good to provide mosquito repellent for the room.
