Location was perfect and the rooms are very comfortable.

Otelin konumu oldtown içinde. Heryere yuruyerek gidilebiliyor. Tesis temiz ve modern. Odada tüm ihtiyaçlar dusunulmus.

La localisation était parfaite, nous avons réussi à faire énorménent d'activités et de visiter des endroits qu'on voulait aller seulement à pied. Nous avons acheté seulement 1 jour de billet de transport public pour les activités plus éloignées. Le personnel était très poli et efficient. La chambre spacieuse et comfortable.

Eurostars Lisboa Baixa was outstanding for many reasons. First, the customer service was unbelievable starting with Allison at the front desk to all the front desk staff, the room cleaning team was perfect & the breakfast food & service was the amazing.

Pretty much everything’s

The only issue that no cars allowed on the street. So with the luggage it’s uncomfortable to walk at least 5-10 min, especially considering cobblestones roads

It was very clean, the location was great, and the room was comfortable and had awesome air-conditioning!

This hotel is beautiful, the rooms are luxurious and the hotel is very upscale. Location is perfect for sightseeing in Lisbon. We had a junior suite which was great for a couple but also would be fine for a couple and third person, plenty of room for everyone.

The don't open the breakfast until 7:30 daily. Many tours in Lisbon start at 8 am and it's extremely hard to be on time for those if you're counting on eating at the hotel. We stay in European hotels several nights every year and haven't encountered such a late breakfast schedule before. The three days we were there, there were always at least 10 people waiting in the lobby for the breakfast to open. Seems management could see their way to better accommodate the needs of their customers. We wish we hadn't booked the breakfast because of the time, just something to consider for those who have early tours. There are many coffee and breakfast places close by for those with timing issues.

The location. Perfect for first time visitors. And the staff! Kind and helpful. Especially Lucas. He went out of his way to help my husband find a doctor and helped me figure out how to pay for the doctors visit. He really is a professional, and I hope his supervisor reads this because if it wasn’t for Lucas’s help we wouldn’t have had the enjoyable stay in Lisbon that we had. Thank you!
