It was serene and super comfortable. The staff were exceptional! Thank you Irina and Elise for all of your help and kindness!

We did not have much of a view on the first floor but the roof top was lovely.

Nas pokoj byl hodne tmavy. Pesky do centra dal, ale to bylo zrejme. O uklid si musite rict, automaticky se nevynasi ani odpadky.

Very welcoming and friendly staff, from reception via breakfast and housekeeping. Modern, clean and luxurious interior and spacious apartments.

The street and houses around let you not expect what awaits you inside and the Duoro view from the lower apartments is limited by the opposite building.

We loved the staff. They were super helpful, friendly and breakfast was delicious. The unit was lovely and beds super comfortable. The terrace was fabulous and could see the beginning of the Atlantic.

We loved the view from the terrace and neighborhood was nice just a bit of a walk to the main tourist attractions.

Room 202 was very well designed, spotlessly clean, bed was amazing and the sheets and duvet absolutely fabulous. Breakfast was good but you can’t get it before 8:30. Photos cleverly taken but not reality. Only one light in bedroom.

Poor communication. No staff. Location difficult to get taxi with cases in. Photographs cleverly taken. Outside noise There was nobody at reception after 3pm which is the time you check in luckily we had somebody from housekeeping around to help. They don’t reply to your messages I asked about a boat and the gourmet dinner before we travelled got nothing back. Breakfast doesn’t start till 8:30 so no good when you need to be out to take a tour. Asked about a takeaway earlier got nothing back because reception staff don’t start work until 9am and then she was too late and too busy to respond. The next day no reception staff at all. We paid for a room with a balcony expecting the views it shows in the picture and we got a balcony too narrow to have any chairs looking straight at a wall. Above they are constructing a new bridge across the river so our first morning we were awakened by banging steel noises from 7am . The following morning woke to children crying and it sounded like they were wearing clogs as the noise travelled through our ceiling. We were so looking forward to our stay but my expectations were too high due to their amazing photography and automated communication. Reality is something different. Such a shame because it has been beautifully renovated with lots of attention to detail. They need to have full time reception team or give you a proper information pack.

The property was modern, clean, and comfortable. The garden/pool area was a wonderful added touch that is rare to find in Porto. The location was convenient, quiet, and picturesque. The “penthouse” is phenomenal for families. The staff went above and beyond in every way to make our stay comfortable. We will definitely return.
