"Excellent stay at a great property"

Excellent property, great facilities including a spa centre. Several restaurants, all superb. very good breakfast, great choice, great location and good service.

The room was very big but a bit unpractically designed. We would have preferred a small villa with two separate bedrooms with a door between that is possible to close and also two bathrooms.

"Wonderful views and location but poor customer service"

Location and views are breathtaking

Was super tough to get food and drinks ordered and delivered. Staff was not very courteous , they were stuck into processes that were not customer friendly. Very disappointed this is not the Taj service I expected. Oberoi hotels staff customer service is a lot better. Taj is losing its edge on customer service at least. Staff didn't even know breakfast timings!! For this pricing it was definitely not value for money. Maldives water villa with pool in a 5 start property are half the price ...
