Margalla Hills Residency Islamabad

I booked the Main residence on the main road through booking.com, but I was given the secondary residence instead. Breakfast was average. Room was clean and spacious. But on opening the curtains there was no view, just a wall. This was hardly desirable as I spent most of the four days in my room. Also on return to the UK my body was itching all over. So the question my GP asked me was, did you stay in a hotel? The question for you is, as new customers occupy the rooms, are the bedsheets changed? Are the rooms and bathrooms thoroughly cleaned.

Give the room that is booked. Point out if there is any view from the window or not. Change the bedsheets on every new occupancy. Thoroughly clean the rooms and bathrooms on each new occupancy.

Everything was perfect . Location is easy to navigate, rooms were clean. Staff was extremely cooperative and well mannered. Property is maintained well

cleanliness of the room and bathroom, heating of the room, and comfortable bed,

location, direction, congested street with hardly space to move my car. staff, their attitude - rudeness. the way they treated us; I was given a bill for the breakfast saying it was not included in the booking price, upon showing that it was included they argued that it was not for the driver, that I paid separately. Additionally, they charged for the water bottle saying that it is not part of the breakfast and that I need to pay. I was surprised to note that according to them, bread, egg, and tea but not water was part of their breakfast. I found much less expensive and better place in the posh area, F-7/2, of Islamabad. Overall, good for the room, bad for everything else.

Staff was very cooperative and very helpful. Overall experience was very good. But the room was not ready despite of prior bookings. Overall the stay was peaceful and pleasant.
