Sand and Tan Beach Hotel

The rooms sliding door open up on to a lovely beach with bar/restaurant, the bar man/waiter was friendly attentive, the food was excellent. The hotel was great value for money, really nice beach bar, would recommend.

The receptionist was not friendly or welcoming border line rude. The shower was terrible no pressure and loop warm. Did not have the Jamaica local breakfast which was disappointing

C’est de loin un 4 étoiles ! Commençons par une réceptionniste qui sourit pas limite on la dérange ! Personne pour vous aider à porter vos valises à l’étage, chambre mobilier salle de bain vieillissante, 2 serviettes pas plus ! Le ménage n’a pas été fait sur notre 2 eme nuit, de petits cafards courent sur le frigo et le petit déjeuner une catastrophe, la dame qui s’occupe des petits déjeuners n’est pas du tout sociable et professionnelle. Temps d’attente pour manger très long! La plage n’est pas terrible … y’a que la vue qui est cool…c’est dommage, y’a encore du travail pour être un 4 étoiles…

The hurricane that past had delta a real damage to the country.....however it doesn't take a way from the fact that san and tan is a good get away spot on a budget.... The staff is good as far as they go, very welcoming.. my biggest issue is the shower in the room, it wasn't working when we need it, and also the lights keep going in and out as if the generator was tired.

I would like to say a big thank you to the owners and staff at Sand and Tan Guest Hotel, who accommodated myself and my sister before, during and after Hurricane Melissa. We were taken care of to the highest standard by the welcoming staff who stayed with us throughout. I congratulate you all on your resilience and also for providing a calm environment where we felt as safe as possible. The food menu was varied and encompassed local and western cuisine. In addition, the music, conversations and joyful vibe helped to calm our nerves during a thought-provoking time. I love the relationship the owners have with the local community. Their concern for each other was evident. It was heart-warming to see how the staff and community members helped each other without a second thought, Love and humanity-just as it should be. I would recommend this hotel based on these very reasons and because the rooms and premises provide all you need to enjoy your Caribbean stay. It is clean, comfortable, tidy and the staff are readily available to help you with any additional needs or to help to resolve any concerns you may have. Sand and Tan provide fun events for you to enjoy whilst taking in Jamaica’s natural, beautiful landscape. Sand and Tan is great value for money because it is very close to local amenities along with gift shops, banks, markets and other fun adventures for you to enjoy in Ochi Rios. Lage direkt am Wasser, drei Meter vom Balkon zum Meer. Bar und Steg gemütlich.

Die Anreise über die Old Road lässt nicht unbedingt ein Hotel dort vermuten. Wenn man aber auf der Wasserseite sitzt, kann man Jamaika sehr entspannt genießen.
