This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 600 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Arrival tips on site: ATTENTION: In winter there is no possibility to drive to the accommodation by car, you have to use the ski lift. When you arrive, please drive to the Zwölferkogel valley station (red gondola) and ask for the luggage trolley for the Chalet AlmGlück when you buy your ticket. Please load your luggage into the luggage trolley and then you can take the gondola up. Meanwhile, drivers can drive to the Zwölferkogel Nordbahn (green gondola) (address: Glemmtaler Landesstraße 471, 5754 Hinterglemm) and park to the right of the valley station and take the green gondola directly to the chalet. There are three parking spaces available - no access by car possible! Departure: The empty trolleys are available in front of the chalet and will be taken to the Zwölferkogel valley station after loading. The trolleys are transported by gondola and snowmobile and can take some time. The trolleys have the following dimensions: Logistics box, HxWxD 1785 x 720 x 810 mm Key handover: The check-in takes place directly at your booked property. Please enter the check-in code in the electric combination lock at the front door. If the electronic combination lock does not work, a key box is attached to the left of the window. The code stays the same. Check-in is possible from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.! The last gondola leaves at 4:00 p.m. Please note that there is no way to drive to the chalet by car and that you have to take the last gondola by 4:00 p.m. at the latest!
