Great location to the beach and cool neighborhood

Clean, pleasant, super comfy bed, and very friendly staff

I can’t think of anything. Maybe fancier snacks with morning coffee would be nice, but really, I have no complaints. It was great!

The location was good. The communication from the team was great regarding the check in/out process.

I thought I would really like this hotel given the great reviews. The room smelled horribly of mold. There are what looks like water leaks that have been patched over on the walls, cobwebs on the ceiling, many fixtures that were broken or incorrectly installed and it overall felt dirty. The mattress was terrible (way too soft) as were the sheets. We were only given one light blanket. We had to keep the air conditioner on at a very low temperature or the room would become humid. It was freezing at night with the one blanket at air conditioner placed on the wall next to the bed.

Lage

Muffige Zimmer. Schrank mini klein im Badezimmer. Feucht. Nicht empfehlenswert.

Super Lage, sowohl in die Stadt als auch zum Flughafen oder aus der Stadt rauszukommen. Extrem freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal vor Ort. Netter Außenbereich.

Unser Apartment war für uns mit unserer 4-jährigen Tochter sehr klein, wir waren gezwungen, die AC zu benutzen, da es sonst zu Feuchtigkeitsproblemen in der Wohnung kam. Wir konnten also nur zwischen zu kalt oder zu feucht wählen. Die Matratze im Schlafsofa war ziemlich durchgelegen bzw. nicht sonderlich bequem. Die Bettlaken waren aus einem niedrigen Material, das einen schwitzen ließ. Die beiden Pools draußen sind ganz nett und vorteilhaft ist auch die Schaukel direkt vor der Tür, wo man ruhig ein Buch lesen kann. Aber das Apartment an sich lädt aus meiner Sicht nicht wirklich zum Verweilen ein. Es kam außerdem bei der Buchung zu Missverständnissen, sodass wir erst einen Tag später als ausgemacht in die Unterkunft ziehen konnten.

The location was great. Very short walk to a very nice beach. The unit was a great size. The AC worked great. The outdoor pools were nice as well.

Had to call as I did not receive the promised check in instructions by 11AM. One set of keys DOES NOT WORK! The way the door locks functioned(no dead bolts, key needed in door to open or lock) did not allow for separate groups to come and go at different times. When asked for an additional key I was told that they do not do that and you could use the "pick up/drop off lock box". This did not work when it came to opening the gate or going to bed while others were still out since you could not lock the main entrance and had to go to sleep in hopes no one walked into the unit. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE design/thought process with the keys and door locks. Door handles were literally falling off the doors, main entrance included. Every time we closed the front door to leave, the handle came off in our hands. If you were not careful sliding it back in, the inside one would fall off as well which could prevent you from entering all together. Saw multiple roaches which I do understand with the climate and location, but still would have preferred not to.
