Das camas.

Solicitei os dois quartos perto e entrar uma hora antes do check in pois tinha um casamento as 16 h,mas não fui atendida. Até aí tudo bem, pois entendi que a regra de horário tinha que ser feita. O quarto perto fiquei sem entender. Ao chegar no hotel as 14:00 um dos quartos não estava pronto o que acabou nos prejudicando já que precisávamos de dois banheiros para nos organizarmos a tempo.

Dia de muito movimento,

Mesmo sendo hotel de passagem, dito econômico, não justifica não ter no quarto a disponibilidade de copos para utilização. Podem ser descartáveis, mas tem que ter. Quartos mais antigos os aparelhos de TV não conectam com aplicativos tipos Netflix. Fica a dica para efetuarem a troca
