"This hotel is very nice"

This is the second time i stay at this hotel. The hotel is very new and clean, the staff is friendly. The breakfast is quite delicious, especialy Chicken Pho. I'm very satisfied an will come back next December.

"Delicious Lunch"

Was in Ha Long and needed some delicious food. The Almin hotel exceeded our desires with fabulous food and some of the tastiest bacxiu coffee we’ve had. Thao was our server and was extremely helpful and took her time to understand our requests despite there being a language barrier. In my opinion a must go.

the room is new and clean! the staff is very friendly! the hotel is located in so convinence place, near famous tourist attractions such as museum, beach, Sun World. will be back in near future! highly recommended

Hotel is very good. Not far away from Ha Long port to got to the bay (2km). Mrs. Trang working at the reception was incredible. Very nice welcome, organization of tour with good price to Ha Long. She welcomed us at 22:00 and was the day after at 07:00 until 15:00 still supporting us. Very good service. I recommand.

The room is clean, the staff is very Trust and Conscientious. Staff Ly Ly very nice. very convenient location. delicious food. The decoration is very harmonious. I will comeback here late. See there!

"Great experience"

The staff are friendly, and does the extra mile to help out when my wife forgot her skin care stuff. Visited their cafe and resto too, their coffee is one of the best that we had so far. The food is great as well.

Hotel okay Sgg everyone go here and slept 2 night Im go Ninh Binh, Ha Long Bai Chay and im happy using this hotel And i think inside is inteligent, gud Cat ba , cafe outside and go swim in 7th floor That okay

Services are all good and very supportive. Receptionists are all very supportive and help to find good play places for customers. They tried to contact places according to customer’s demands. The breakfast is also good too
