空間很大，但房間、廚房、廁所位置配置不當，整個房子只有一間廁所，還必須穿要二個房間之後才能使用，造成其他房間親友的困擾。門窗阻隔寒氣不良，致使開了暖氣還是可以感受到戶外冷風滲入房內，不推薦這間住宿。
