Just exceptional service that is missing from other parts of the world. Management went so far to remedy a situation they weren’t even responsible for. I’ll always be grateful to their staff for their help and service.

Lo staff è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Ci hanno procurato uno scooter, lavato i vestiti, organizzato gli spostamenti da e per l'aeroporto. Soprattutto, dopo il check out, ci hanno permesso di lasciare le valigie e fare una doccia a fine giornata prima di ripartire. Un saluto speciale a Peter che ci ha portato all'aeroporto, con cui abbiamo chiacchierato di calcio e ci ha raccontato qualche curiosità sulla città
