DEA wonderful destination for your time in Kirkwall. We explored the island for 3 days an spent two nights in the royal,oak guesthouse. Everything was prepared in a perfect way, a nice and new build room with all details for a comfortable stay, nearby to the city and in walking distance to Highland Park destillery. we enjoyed the light options for the night and the bathroom, this is as you like it at home. a nice breakfast, fresh fruit, tea and coffee as we prefer it, we enjoyed our whole stay very much, Thank you
we had to leave too early, because of a rising storm and the need of getting the last ferry back to the mainland
Quiet neighbourhood with tons of parking. Easy walk to the downtown and harbour for sites,restaurants and shopping. Best Scottish breakfast on our trip so far. Fresh fruits and berries offered.

Nice B&B with a good location for seeing Kirkwall and all the sites around Orkney. The hosts were very friendly. Breakfast was great. Room was clean and comfortable.
