Friendly and clean

Carpet in room was torn in spots creating a tripping hazard. Room was next to Nevada Boulevard which was noisy. Had to run a white noise app to drown out the traffic.

Room was very small, especially for a "king bed with suite". Bathroom was uncomfortably small and the tv was surprisingly small especially since the one tv in the room was supposed to be seen in the entire "suite". We ran out of toilet paper, soap dispensers were empty. The bed was comfortable at least!

"Not too bad at all."

The view goes from meh to great depending on which side you're on. The front staff was always courteous everytime we walked past them. Quiet enough area even being next to busy streets and in a shopping center of all places. My only negative (and boy was it negative) was for the pillows in our room. They smelled absolutely horrid! So much so that I spent my own money for a disinfectant spray. Also, they were the flattest pillows I've ever felt in my life. Overall it was still a decent stay.

"Nice clean room with plenty of space, but a noisy air conditioner."

Large room with nice kitchen setup.

The air conditioner was right next to the bed and the fan was loud every time it came on during the night. The thermostat on the wall didn't seem to change anything.

"Great location with easy access to the Manitou attractions."

The hotel was in a great location. Rhian at the desk was super helpful. The pool was nice and the room was clean and comfy.

The breakfast buffet isn't the best. But that was my experience at other Home2 locations as well. We just grabbed coffees and left for breakfast.
