We had some initial difficulties getting into a suitable room as there was garbage dumped outside our initial room by the condominium property next door to the hotel. The manager was able to get us into a much better, spacious, and clean room. There was some noise due to the hotel's proximity to bars/clubs in the area, but was not terrible. The pool is beautiful and the gym is brand new with great equipment. The breakfast is also amazing!

"Damaged vehicle"

The hotel was great. I am a long-time Marriott member. There is easy access to everything downtown. There are great restaurants within walking distance of the marina. I valeted my truck. The hood of the truck was damaged and scratched. I am disappointed that this is the third time I have stayed at this hotel.
