La ubicación está muy buena. El personal es amable pero no siempre eficiente (sobre todo quien te atiende por el chat).

- Para llegar a nuestra habitación había que atravesar un sitio en construcción del hotel (a la mañana había ruido). - El baño estaba lleno de humedad en las paredes. - Mucho ruido de la calle y de los trabajadores en la construcción - Recién al tercer día vinieron a limpiar luego de que reclamara. Nunca nos dijieron que teníamos que dejar las llaves para que hicieran la limpieza. Además, el día anterior había pedido por el char el hotel que limpiaran y me dijieron que en media hora llegaban y nunca pasaron. Jamás dijieron de dejar la llaves en recepción tampoco en el check in. No vale la pena el precio pagado (teniendo en cuenta que es la India) por lo que recibimos. Por el mismo valor podes conseguir algo mejor.

Location was fantastic. Cleanliness and presentation amazing. Staff were very good.

Breakfast was quite simple but I think they are working on expanding it.

Size of room and comfort of beds was great. Location very central. App to ask for things was good.

The room was utterly freezing cold - behind the wood panels was no glass in the side windows and it was winter - we were bought 2nd duvets and a heater that was a waste of time in a 30ft long room with no glass in side windows - but they tried. Dont visit in winter unless you get a small room and check the windows all have glass in.

Rooms can be noisy with limited natural light . Roof top work ongoing Breakfast basic - no eggs

The heritage structure is retained in good way.

Hotel is built like a traditional riad with a courtyard in the middle. The hotel is very close walking distance to the Hawa Mahal.

The space is very inviting and the rooms are massive, but due to the type of structure the building is, the rooms get very cold and the heater wouldn’t turn on.
