The doors didn't open in the first day everything is so outdated

How spacious the house was, the fact it was pet friendly and the pools in the community.

It was absolutely disgusting, all the kitchen items were greasy, dusty, just dirty and needed scrubbed before they could be used. There was a coffee mug with coffee still in it setting on the counter. No toilet paper, paper towls, dish detergent, or trash bags were complimentary like stated in the advertisement of the house. The dryer was filled with towls. Empty water bottles, old broken charger and pet hair clumped under the bed. Mounds of pet hair under side tables and couch. One comforter needed replaced, huge tears in it. The twin mattress were all horribly stained and torn and the pillows were terribly stained. The codes for the doors did not work and we had to wait on the one maintenance guy to come fix them and then they stopped working on some of the doors again the second day so we just left the doors unlocked. Dead roaches under the bathroom sink and on the shelves by the dishes as well as one in the microwave. Under the sink leaked and we didn't realize it before putting our cloth totes under, so they got ruined. The patio door was hanging on by 1 rusty bolt upon arrival, it fell in the middle of the night and left jagged rusty metal exposed, maintenance picked up the door to fix but then didn't return with it nor take off the exposed rusty metal. The large bbq was unuseable due to rust and holes so there was a very small (6 patty size) grill available for a house that is supposed to accommodate 12 people. The small grill was also left needing emptied and scraped off. Lights were burnt out (stairs were dangerous with the stair light out at night). 7 chairs around the table instead of 8 and 4 stools so if you have 12 people like the house capacity says then bring a chair! BASICALLY IF YOU RENT THIS HOUSE BE READY TO CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN BEFORE YOU CAN START YOUR VACATION.
