Eine traumhafte Unterkunft in einer wunderschönen Umgebung. Wir hatten perfekte Urlaubstage im My Daum und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Ein großes Dankeschön an Kordula, Peter und das ganze Team für die Herzlichkeit und den tollen Service.

Great place with a great view. Everything is made of quality materials, the spa and pool deserve special attention, very beautiful and comfortable. They also serve excellent breakfasts. I will definitely come back to this place.

We liked pretty much everything. The hotel is very new, the rooms are amazing and the view from the pool is impeccable. We had great support and service. I will recommend it to all our friends!

Just as feedback for improvements: I believe that for the price paid per night, breakfast could have more options. There is not a lot of variety of breads, there are no pancakes and there are no cakes. There could be sandals in the room to access the pool (slippers). Since we traveled to a winter location, we don't remember to pack sandals or slippers in our luggage. These slippers are quite common in hotels of this standard, we have stayed in several and they all had them. Anyway, this is just feedback so that they can improve the customer experience, it did not affect our experience.

WOW. In one word: exceptional. It is the perfect blend of luxury hotel and warm/cozy at home feel. Everyone here, the ENTIRE staff, WANTS to make your stay incredible and constantly goes the extra mile to do so. You can tell when they created this place that no expense was spared, no corners cut, and no detail overlooked. The pictures do this place justice. Every inch of this property is just as beautiful and luxurious as the photos. The rooms, the lobby, and of course the fantastic spa/wellness area!! Oh and don’t get me started on breakfast - the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had by LEAGUES. It’s not even close. I’m at home right now missing that breakfast. If you’re lucky enough to be reading this review, you’ve found a true gem. Book this place now while you still can. And if your dates aren’t available, move them around so you can come here - that’s how special this place is. One important note: Unlike so many other places I went to, never was I asked for a review. They let the place speak for itself, and that’s what makes each review so special. Everyone WANTED to leave these glowing reviews. None of them were asked for, coerced, or incentivized by anything other than the sheer excellence of this place. Kordula, a HUGE thank you to you and your entire team. The genuine hospitality that you, and your whole staff, have in your nature is greatly appreciated and a beautiful thing. Thank you for making my engagement celebration just as magical and lovely as it could ever be. I’m sad to leave, but so very glad to have stayed here. Thank you again, and Happy New Year!
