Plenty of rooms. Nice view. Easy control of temperature. Plenty of cookware and space.

There was not a third full bathroom. The beach access was a long walk. Too many stairs. It advertises 1/4 walk down a straight pier. The walk was 1/2 mile up and down a lot of stairs. The sign on the property states there is a 12 person occupancy however there was not enough clean towels to support that.

Location and beach access was great.

The two bedrooms at the bottom floor were truly uninhabitable. They were in the garage (an addition, I guess) and had no windows. They were dark, musty, and damp. So, we thought we'd put our other guests on the main floor with some futons that were in the primary closet... but the futon mattresses, extra pillows (and some of the upstairs bedroom mattresses) had extremely large and gross stains on them, so they were absolutely unusable. The refrigerator was dirty and had about an inch of water in each of the produce bins. The AC on the main floor had stopped working for a few hours on the first evening, so we tried getting in touch with someone to help via text and phone, but couldn't reach anyone... not even through the "after-hours emergency phone line". Luckily, the AC kicked back on by itself. The shower curtain liner was moldy... that's something that could be avoided with less than $5 and 5 minutes. Overall, pretty disappointed. Guest Service Manager did work out some of the issues the next day, but the lack of adequate and clean sleeping areas caused half of our guests to find other accommodations. We ended up leaving a day early.

There was plenty of space, and lots of room even with a group of 12! The main floor was large and a great space for board games and dinners.

Location is great, easy walk to the beach. Everyone who stayed upstairs was comfortable and those rooms were nice.

The refrigerator smelled so strongly of fish when we arrived that the smell stuck to all of the produce we put in there. 2 of the bedrooms were down a flight of stairs in the garage with no windows and no bathroom, which was not ideal for our party, so we wish would have known that was the layout of the house beforehand.
