Very noisy very noisy location.When we get in the room we see earplugs next to the lamp and understand that we won’t sleep well.Bed sheets very dirty and yellow smells so bad disgusting my daughter went to buy a new one for the nights.Towels very small used poor condition.

No bugs, close to downtown, able to park really close to room.

Cold, heater didn’t work had to have staff light pilot light, thin walls and front door, not soundproof with train and traffic. Uncomfortable bed, and pillows.

Room was clean and well lit. The location was easy to get to and convenient to other locations. Good value for the money. There were well located outlets.

Office hours could be better. We were traveling and were not sure we would arrive by 9:00 pm. The water was only lukewarm. We could not get any hot water.

Its scam and the owners are greedy. You put down a deposit more expensive than the trashy room they provide you. And they throw all dirty and so called clean sheets into dirty shopping cart. They have no correct cleaning supplies so nothing is clean besides the bed sheets

Old, needs updating

Very, very dirty mattress! Hasn’t been changed within decades. Same with the sheets and towels. More stains than clear spots. They have to exchange these things over time. Never seen something like this and I’ve been to Asia on a low budget trip. Everything else was okay for the price but even for free, the cleanness wasn’t acceptable
