"Disappointing …😞"

The reviews that are negative aren’t lying. I had such a poor and disappointing experience here. From a room that smelled like garbage, to being switched to a room with a faulty ac unit, to then asking for a room change and never getting the approval from the manager. I will NEVER EVER go back to this hotel. I pray its investors dedicate more time and energy into it because it is a beautiful hotel….it’s just disappointing. My visit to St.Kitts would have been tarnished but thankfully I was able to stay at Royal St.Kitts ! I loved it!

The design of the room was nice. However, it was nit properly cleaned & we did not receive the best service. Also, the restaurant closes too early.

"Rude and very unprofessional service by RAMADA receptionist and management"

Rude and very unprofessional service by RAMADA receptionist(refuse to give her name and wasn't wearing name tag and I will say GM also(again refuse to give name) . It was my bday today 7th March so my wife and I decided to relax in Ramada(I live on island) . From morning everything was going Smooth and very nice but just before leaving I went to settle bill in restaurant and the restaurant was with full of glass decorations pic is attached I was settling bill and my wife was sitting on sofa and my 2 year old daughter suddenly left mom to come to me and she hit glass VASE accidentally and it broke. I apologize them and I from my good heart I asked them if you want me to pay some amount for the VASE so the lady went to management(she said GM but refuse to give name) and came back to me saying I need to pay $400 usd for it. I got shocked as I have worked in hotels before and accident happened but hotel never charge or shown bad behavior to customers.After talking to them for a long and the lady went to management to ask again and management told me to pay $150 usd. I did my instant research online I asked the lady why you are charging me so much when the smiler VASE is available online for 29 usd(pic attached). I offered them double amount $60 usd or let me order the VASE and get it to you. They refuse and told me to pay $150 usd for it to close the matter. I request a lot and made them understand its too much money for me but the receptionist told me in very very rude way to pay instantly or I will call police and used some racist words and told will not allow you to leave the property unless you pay. With forceful and rude behavior of staff I left with no other option but to pay $150 and leave from there as the spoiled my bday already (they knew it was my b'day by the way) . I would suggest people with kids do not enter this hotel unless you are ready to pay any amount to hotel for anything happens there with or without your fault. I wish all the best to owner of the property but in my life I will never visit hotel RAMAD again and also will educates my friends and family about this incident.

"The Ramada Staff Are Wonderful"

The staff were exceptional and were really helpful and friendly. I would come.back for the staff alone. They are an asset to your business. Treat them well. While some people may not like how quiet it is, it was perfect for me and my needs. Peaceful and Serene location

Not everything was open. Spa would have been good and also the bar closed a bit early.

The property lacked vendor machines/snack options. There is no close place to pick up anything that you forgot and the restaurant closes at 8 pm.

"Ramada, peice and quiet"

Very spacious and quiet.

The were four power outages in one night. The generator took a awhile to kick in.. A few mosquito bites in the room due to power being out.

"Was a good stay"

Up on my arrival the lady who check us in was top tier her customer service was great oooo let me mention the food was amazing

The ac in the room wasn’t working it was extremely hot and the phones wasn’t working

"Odd, dusty, and FAR"

Do not recommend. Strange place, several hundred rooms, only a handful filled. Felt like being in the hotel in the movie “The Shining.”Hotel is very far away from anything. $42 taxi ride almost one hour from airport. Rooms are new, but things are broken like air conditioning and safe. Plus rooms don’t seem to be used often resulting in cobwebs and dusty surfaces. Left after one night, tried to cancel rest of week. Were given a hard time by Kimberly, who needed to check with her manager, but refused to give us their name. Ramada policy online was one night penalty. Still trying to get refund for the rest. Moved to Koi Resort, much better.
