Purnima Resort Neil Island

Room was neat and clean. Bed was king sized as described at the time of booking. There was a pure veg restaurant at a few steps from this hotel and the food served there was superb.

Slippers were not provided in the room. WiFi was there but it was only accessible at common areas. In rooms, WiFi signal was very weak. Also after initial one or two hours, they disconnected internet, so the WiFi was available without internet! I expected pleasant weather conditions in Andaman Islands in December, so I had booked a room without AC. But contrary to my assumptions, it was a hot day. So I asked for AC with extra charge. And they demanded Rs.1000 extra for AC for a night while the room was booked for Rs.800! Also, they tried to take Rs.500 for extra bed for my kid instead of Rs.300 which was offered by them during booking.

Room was big and spacious, bed was comfortable and location was good

Lots of large groups moving through which were very noisy late at night and early in the morning, wifi was turned off every night from around 10pm and our electricity was shut off every time we left the room - this felt a bit invasive. Due to the electricity being switched off insects could come through the extractor fan in the bathroom.

Room was clean and cozy, the wifi is slow but it's a remote area so one can expect that.
