Location was great, quiet. Nice shops nearby

There was little communication issue. They tried to contact me via Whatsapp but I was not using it activly. I expect if I make booking via booking.com then all communication goes with this app. It made the whole checking in proccess a bit uncomfortable but we managed.

Confortável, limpo e bem localizado.

Algumas coisas poderiam ser melhoradas de modo a aumentar o conforto do hóspede. Não havia secador de cabelo, não haviam toalhas de mão e um dos estores não estava a funcionar.

Localização ótima!

O estore e as cortinas do quarto onde fiquei não fechavam totalmente pelo que acordei as 6h da manhã com a claridade. A limpeza deixou um pouco a desejar, num entanto serviu para a noite que lá ficamos.

Location was good, metro stop few mins. Air con worked well.

Very basic apartment. No kettle even though I requested one. Limited kitchen utensils. No mirror other than in bathroom. No wardrobe in second bedroom. Chairs and sofa are very badly stained. No furniture to sit on balcony. None of the patio doors locked. Shutter on middle door didn’t close. Lift out of action most of the time which makes carrying luggage up flights stairs difficult, also only fit 2 people in at a push, smallest lift. No bottom sheet for sofa bed. The apartment needs a good clean between guests.

Lift is to small

Sehr schönes Apartment, mit allem was man benötigt. Gastgeber jeder Zeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Aufgrund des Streiks mussten wir später anreisen. Gastgeber hat sich ohne zu fragen,darum gekümmert, dass wir das Geld zurück bekommen.
