What breakfast?

Having to check out so early (10 AM)

I did not know that I would have to climb up thin spiral staircase to get to the bedroom. I am a senior, and this was very, very difficult.

First and foremost, I appreciated the manager. John was kind, supportive in every way, and ready to accommodate our requests immediately. You could tell that everyone staying at the resort had a personal connection with John and for me, he is the main reason I would return. Location being a close second! My family and I will return.

Wasn't sure about the pool on the premises. It looked nice, but it wasn't open for use. I never inquired about it. The bathroom was small but clean. Electrical power was down in one area of the room, which just meant the microwave needed to be moved to an alternate electrical outlet.

Premetto che il giorno stesso dell'arrivo ho ricevuto una mail che mi informava di un incidente di un anno fa, non risolto. Se mi avessero informato al momento della prenotazione, avrei potuto scegliere e modificarla. Gli uffici sono ancora in un container disordinato e per nulla curato nel mezzo del parcheggio. La stanza 14 era un disastro: moquette lisa, non pulita da molto tempo; un divano letto con della gommapiuma aggiunta totalmente sporca; mosche morte alle pareti; la dotazione dei bagni era insufficiente: solo due saponette; mancava anche lo shampoo (siamo 4 persone in vacanza al mare..) che abbiamo dovuto comperare. Mancava l'asciugacapelli: l'ho chiesto alla reception e mi è stato detto che non c'era e forse qualcuno lo aveva preso o che lo avrei trovato nel locale comune della lavanderia (anch'esso in condizioni pessime con macchinari arrugginiti). Le dotazioni della cucina erano inesistenti: neanche il minimo indispensabile per l'accoglienza e materiali vecchi e non adatti all'uso. Insomma, una stanza, peraltro con soffitti molto bassi, credo sotto la soglia dell'abitabilità, impossibile da vivere in quattro persone che avevano intenzione di fare una vacanza al mare. La spiaggia, contrariamente a quanto scritto nella descrizione del luogo, è molto distante. In meno di due ore ho dovuto cercare un altro alloggio, con una spesa certamente maggiore e non preventivata. Ho quindi consegnato le chiavi dicendo che stavo andando via e la signora dell'ufficio ha semplicemente detto "è brutto, vero?" e mi ha licenziato con un sorriso, senza una parola di scuse e senza neanche cercare di aiutarmi con una soluzione migliorativa. Ho chiesto il rimborso integrale di quanto speso: l'hotel ha inviato le sue scuse ma non ancora il denaro.

What a great place! I loved the setup, very comfy for 3 people.

The bed was pretty uncomfortable; when my husband got in we rolled together. Very squishy!

Great Location - near everything, plenty of space, nice pool and outdoor area. Staff was very nice and helpful.

The rug in the room had a smell to it and in the bathroom upstairs there were tiny ants. The skylight had a stink bug flying around. We had 2 small children so it would have been a plus to come in to vacuum each day.
