Holiday Motel

The price seemed good until arriving but would not have paid it and canceled it but no refunds The shower was nice but the sink was leaking and faucet was falling out

The Sheets where dirty with make=up the blankets had holes in there cigarettes burns the towels in the bathroom had holes were dirty The walls were covered in stains The room reeked of cigarette and Marijuana The top blanket has burn holes larger than my hands. There were oily stains and a bad smell to the blankets and towels

So disgusting

They were willing to check me in at almost three am after my flight had been delayed several hours.

There was literally nothing about this Motel that we liked!

Upon checking into this room it was clear that someone had either broken in and been staying in there without anyone's knowledge, or, what was more likely, the room was not cleaned after the last guest had stayed... I took a live video which I was hoping to share but unfortunately it does not give the option to share videos here on booking.com. I did however share a picture of the air conditioning filter you can see for yourself! The towels were dirty, the peep hole on the door had been sealed over with what looked like toilet paper and toothpaste, the blankets had burn holes in them and the top cover blanket look like they had never been washed and that is no exaggeration, the floors were absolutely disgusting! After my husband and I and my little two and a half year old baby walked back and forth across the room ONCE our feet were literally black! There was still an indentation from where someone had been lying on the bed, and mind you it would be one thing if we had only paid $50 to $75 to stay here, but we paid $104 for one night! We were absolutely blown away and have never been so disgusted by any hotel of motel in our lives! And to make matters worse upon checking out we had gone online and tried to book the room again { literally only because we had no other choice!!} and even after the money had come out of our checking account we were informed that the room was not booked and that we needed to vacate the premises ASAP upon which we had the rudest housekeeper I have ever met in my life come into the room while we were still packing and start to criticize us about how dirty we were! (Because we used their towels to try to clean their room and their floors!) When we tried to explain to her how disgusting the room was when we checked in she did not want to hear anything about it!

The price was good. The room was clean, and the beds were comfy. It was a nice shower and bathroom.

It was a very hot day the air conditioner worked but not great. There were other guests that got extremely loud arguing and even chased each other to the parking lot and physically fought and caused an unpleasant scene. The other guests are not the hotel or staff fault of course.
