Size of the room

Top floor was noisy, hot water was slow

Excellent hotel, location and service.

Poor internet, keeps disconnecting.

I booked the room in the morning at Naran and received the confirmation of room reservation and then I left for Hunza. When I reached the hotel at almost sunset. They told me that they have cancelled my booking so I enquired more and they told me that it was confirmed by booking.com, not us. I mean why booking.com does confirmation without asking them first. They said they tried contacting me but could not due to poor or no service at all in the mountains. Long story short, I had to look for other options at almost night time with no reception at all and the city was an hour away from there so I had no option except to get any room nearby. Had a really bad experience.

Stunning views of Attabad Lake from the ample terrace. Comfortable, modern rooms. Very kind and helpful staff. Highly recommended!

The location is great

There should be an elevator. The room should be automatically cleaned, had to ask for it.

Location food excellent
